Legal information/disclaimers (the small print !).

Please note that NCR Solutions will not knowingly install pirated or copied software nor perform upgrades or maintenance on any hardware which is suspected to be stolen. Any software installations or upgrades provided by the customer must be on the original distribution medium and he or she must accept the terms and conditions of any licensing agreements. Software supplied by NCR Solutions will be full retail versions and, as above, full terms and conditions of any licensing agreement must be accepted by the customer. Some form of proof of purchase may be required for hardware upgrades supplied by the customer.

The non-purchased software installed on a customer system by NCR solutions shall be in the form of trial or shareware software which, if the customer wishes to use subsequently, must usually be licensed once the trial period expires. This typically involves a payment to the author from the customer. The only exception to this will be software designated as 'freeware' by the author.1

NCR Solutions will not take responsibility for any mains leads, mains extension leads, transformer units or similar which connect the customer equipment to the national electricity grid. In the event that any of the equipment is suspect the customer should contact a qualified electrician to establish suitability for use.

NCR solutions will endeavour to provide the best service and advice as available at the time, however the ultimate decision to act on any given advice remains with the user and as such NCR Solutions will not be responsible for any losses therefore suffered by any individual or organization.

NCR solutions has no connection with the NCR Corporation (National Cash Registers).
